We’re based in Brighton, United Kingdom, and run this website to share our creative products and services.
By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Using Our Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
You must not copy, distribute, or misuse any of the content or products from our site.
All images, text, and designs are the property of Studio Bibi unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Payments).
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there’s an issue with payment or product availability.
4. Digital Products
Once you purchase a digital download, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your file.
Because digital items are delivered instantly, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for these products unless there’s a technical issue.
If you have any problems accessing your download, please contact us at support@studiobibicreates.com and we’ll help resolve it.
5. Physical Products
We aim to ship your order within the timeframe stated on the product page.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
For physical items - the giclee prints are printed to order and are not subject to refund if you change your mind. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, if it is damaged. Care is taken when packing to protect the print to the best of our abilities, but sometimes postal services can be unpredictable. Let us know as soon as possible if your print arrives damaged. We want you to be happy and enjoy the beautiful images.
You’ll be responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item. Please send us a photo of the faulty / damaged print to support@studiobibicreates.com.
Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded, in line with UK consumer law. Please read the disclaimer in the poetry section about setting expectations around colour differences between on screen and in print viewing.
7. Subscriptions and Email Sign-ups
When you subscribe to our mailing list, you agree to receive occasional updates and offers from us.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or contacting us directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All products, designs, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Studio Bibi.
You may not copy, share, or resell any part of our work without written permission.
9. Liability
We do our best to ensure all products and services are described accurately and function as intended.
However, we are not responsible for:
Losses caused by incorrect use of a product,
Delays or issues caused by third parties (like postal services), or
Technical problems beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.
studio bibi does not take responsibility for your healing journey in conjunction with the images and poetry. You are responsible for the inner work you do on your own personal growth journey. Images and poetry can be used as tools in that journey, at your discretion. If you are in need of emotional support please contact a mental health provider. studio bibi does not provide therapy services or personal advice.
